Areas of Work

Ergonomic Assessments in two or three areas of production. To be under taken by the Ergonomist.

This will demonstrate to the workforce that improvements can be made quickly and cost effectively and show our commitment to resolve the identified problems.

Develop Risk Assessment package for production

This will allow us to identify the root causes of problems and produce cost effective recommendations to resolve them

Develop Manual Handling Risk Assessment package

This enables us to assess other areas that will not be covered in detail by the Ergonomic risk assessment

Train Risk Assessors and conduct Ergonomic Principles & Techniques courses

Training is provided, to ensure there is ergonomic expertise within the workforce so that, as a company, you can continue to resolve any problems that may arise and that those ergonomic principles and techniques will be used for the planning and organisation of work methods, equipment design and equipment layout in the future.

Ergonomics would be used to ensure the health and safety and welfare of the work force. Using ergonomic techniques will produce cost effective recommendations for identified problems and will improve work efficiency and quality of your product.

The training courses would cover, Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Union if in place, Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Engineers and any other employees whose decisions could influence production in any way.
