Factory Layouts

These are produced to ensure the smooth flow of work through production areas, identifying and removing bottle necks. We lay out equipment within production lines and develop and install, material handing methods including storage areas.

Just in Time Manufacturing Methods.

Cellular / Team Working

Employees are taught to perform every task to production standards and how to balance the work process so that no area is a bottle neck preventing the flow of production.

Design / Re-Design

We design / re-design equipment, workstation and production lines to reduce the opportunity of injury and to increase effective production and first time through put.

Work Rotation

Work rotation is introduced to prevent injuries to employees who perform the same task throughout their shift. This method can be applied to any one working on a production line or an area where several tasks are being performed at different workstations.

Materials Handling Systems

This is the method describing how materials for manufacturing flow around the factory and the process by which they are delivered.
